To access our sharing functions and interact with salons and artists, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Keep your password secret and accept sole responsibility for all activity occurring under your account profile.
- Notify us immediately at support@luvmynails.app if you discover any unauthorized breach of your account's security.
3. User-Generated Content
Luv My Nails allows you to upload pictures of your manicures, post descriptions, save favorites, write comments, and share profile details. These materials represent your User-Generated Content:
- Ownership: You retain full copyright ownership of all nail photographs and content that you upload. We do not claim proprietary rights over your personal assets.
- License Granted to Luv My Nails: By submitting or publishing content within the app, you grant Luv My Nails a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, display, copy, adapt, translate, and distribute your content inside the application to other users of our platform.
- Your Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own the photos you share, or that you have secured all required licenses and legal permissions from the original owners or nail artists to display them.
4. Positive-Only Ecosystem and Prohibited Conduct
Luv My Nails is designed strictly as a positive-only environment celebrating nail art and salon craft. We do not support downvotes, hate, or critical toxicity. You are strictly prohibited from submitting, posting, or transmitting any content that:
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, defames, or intentionally offends other users, artists, or salons.
- Contains hate speech, racial slurs, discriminatory comments, or explicit/sexual material.
- Is fraudulent, misleading, or constitutes unsolicited spam, advertising, or scams.
- Impersonates any person, brand, or business entity, including nail salon operators.
- Uploads files containing viruses, Trojans, malware, or corrupted binary structures designed to disrupt app operations.
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the absolute right, without prior warning or liability, to remove any uploaded photo or comment, and to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate our Community Guidelines or act maliciously against our users.
5. Salon Information and Proximity Services
Our app provides search capabilities, location indicators, ratings, and mapping pins to help you discover local salons and nail professionals:
- Accuracy of Information: While we endeavor to curate dependable business listings, some salon information (including addresses, operating hours, prices, or contact numbers) is sourced from third parties or user reports and may not always be accurate, current, or complete.
- No Endorsement: The inclusion of a local salon, artist profile, or location marker on our map does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of their services by Luv My Nails. You are encouraged to verify business information independently.
6. Platform Disclaimer of Warranties
LUV MY NAILS IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF TEMPORARY LATENCY ISSUES.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUV MY NAILS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA ASSETS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, USER CONTROVERSY, OR THE BEHAVIOR OF OTHER USERS, SALONS, AND ARTISTS ENCOUNTERED THROUGH THE APP.
